1. Who processes your data

2. What we collect and why
- Inquiry form: name, company, email, phone, selected service and message. Used only to reply to your inquiry and send a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, to protect against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics and marketing: only if you consent in the cookie banner (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
3. How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact if no contract follows. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need: website hosting and email providers in the EU. If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, data is shared with Google and Meta under their terms. We never sell data.

6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Email support@supbis.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local supervisory authority.
