Before
In the warehouse, each order had to be moved into the courier system by hand. It took about 3 minutes, and address mistakes came back as returned parcels.
What we did
- Integration with several couriers and parcel lockers.
- Labels are created from the order in one click, or for a whole batch at once.
- The customer gets a tracking link automatically.
