Over a year, the store piled up a dozen apps and loaded slowly. Google Ads and Meta saw only some purchases, so ad optimisation was flying blind.
What we did
- App audit: unneeded apps removed, heavy ones replaced.
- Images and theme code optimised.
- GA4, Google Ads and Meta Conversions API tracking fixed, with Consent Mode v2.
