Before
Each month an accountant keyed about 600 supplier invoices from email into the accounting system by hand. Month-end close took a week, and errors only surfaced during reconciliation.
What we did
- AI reads PDF and photo invoices from the inbox.
- It checks company details, totals, VAT and whether the supplier is known.
- It creates entries in the accounting system and flags doubtful invoices for review.
