Before
Customers sent freight orders by email and PDF. A forwarder re-typed the route, dates, weight and cargo type into the system, spending about 15 minutes per order.
What we did
- AI reads emails and attachments and extracts the route, dates, weight and cargo type.
- It creates a draft order in the transport system.
- The forwarder only approves or corrects it.
